Sustainability was a key factor in designing the architecture of this project. The main materials are recycled wood, black steel and glazing. The geometry adds to the functionality since many testing spaces will be needed since it is a testing site and factory. The north and south facing have more glazing conducive for cross ventilation while the east and west facades have a louvered metal system over glazing to provide daylighting.
